Farnham cleaning offers two types of building cleans; after build and sparkle clean. We offer full cleaning services for both these types, with trained cleaners able to carry out a deep, professional clean.

After builders clean

After the builders have completed the bulk of their work, our cleaners will carry out a full deep cleaning service. These cleans are often complex and involve getting rid of dust that has built up, in all areas. Our experienced cleaners know what to look for; dust and dirt above the doors and door frames and on top of the kitchen units. We also clean paint specks, removing them from the kitchen and bathroom suites. Our teams also remove the protective glass coverings on the windows and tape around the window frames.

With our wide range of experience within the construction industry, our experienced cleaners also identify any snags in the properties, communicating these to the builders, to ensure they can rectify any issues. This deep cleaning allows the builders to go onto the final stage and finish all the required building work and tweaks.

After the builders clean, the final stage of cleaning is the sparkle clean.

Sparkle Clean (End of tenancy clean)

Once all the required building work and tweaks (if any) is completed and the construction company is ready for the handover to the new homeowners, our professional cleaners are called in to the “Sparkle Clean”.

A sparkle clean is when we bring a property to showroom standards, no stone is left upturned. Our cleaners are skilled in what they do and very experienced; we bring all the assigned properties up to amazing standards, leaving every building, room and communal area sparkling like a show house.

We pride ourselves on the finshing touches; whether it be shining up the bathroom taps, a glossy finish on tiles or wooden floors or making the kitchen sparkle – we know how to show a building off to it maximum poitential – leaving no new tenant or homeowner disappointed.

We do this by working to a strict “new building checklist” and make sure that all our work is carried out and inspected.

Extra Information

All our building cleans are followed with a “Satisfaction Sheet” which are signed off by on-hand construction cleaning company representative. This is our way of checking that are our construction and building clients are 100% happy with all the work; any problems or issues can be rectified there and then. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and total satisfaction of our customers, having these professional sign off sheets makes sure all parties are happy and the entire process runs smoothly.
